Can I change or cancel my order?

We can only modify address information to orders that have not yet been processed by our distribution team. Unfortunately, we cannot change product colours, sizes, or styles once the order is placed.

If you need to cancel an order that has not been processed, please contact our customer service team. You can reach them via our [Contact Us Form]or by calling (insert phone number).

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy with the products you have received from us, we understand that sometimes items aren't quite right for you, all returns are accepted, with the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store.
  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way
  • The return is made within 28 days of delivery, 
  • You do not need to contact us to start your return unless the item is faulty
  • If you are outside of the 28 day period please contact our Customer Service Team
  • Please keep your proof of return postage 
  • Returned items remain your responsibility until received by our Distribution hub

Can I exchange an item?

Due to the fast-moving nature of our stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to swap your item(s) for a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Are returns free?

Returns within the UK are free. Please visit our Returns page to begin the process. 

Returns from The Channel Islands are at your own cost.

  • Please fill out the returns form and include with your return.
  • We strongly recommend that you use a service that provides a certificate of return and a tracking number.

How long does it take to process a return?

It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as we will pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund will be processed to your original payment method and will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed.

If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our customer care team will then see how they can help.

Can I return an item for a refund or exchange from one of your stockists?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items bought from one of our stockists. You must return the item for a refund via the store it was purchased from.
